Clearance, swing direction, post support, latches, and hinges matter as much as appearance. Sloped paving, narrow side passages, and nearby doors can change the best layout. We review these conditions and how you use the entrance before settling on a design. If driveway automation is part of your idea, tell us at the start so its requirements can be discussed separately.
Can a new gate match my existing fence?
We can discuss a complementary design using the existing fence height, color, board spacing, and surrounding materials as the starting point. Exact matches depend on the age and finish of the existing work. Photos from both sides of the opening, along with approximate width and height, are useful for the first conversation.
